Çamlıca Resort is a low-density, nature-led hospitality destination in development in the hills of Sürmene.

THE PROJECT

A quiet, family-led hospitality experience.

Set within a hazelnut landscape above a village road, the project is conceived around modestly scaled accommodation, local food, wellbeing, outdoor family time and a carefully organised natural-water experience.

The public concept is designed to remain light on the land. The final built programme is subject to planning, technical, environmental and municipal approvals.

Compact independent accommodation for short stays, designed around calm, efficient comfort.

Family Suite

Flexible space for families and longer stays, with a more generous living area.

Panorama Terrace Suite

An elevated stay concept with outdoor living and distant sea-facing views, subject to final design.

EXPERIENCE

Simple pleasures, grounded in place.

Arrival and reception, seasonal local dining, a small café and breakfast room, walking routes, family spaces, shared outdoor pool and wellness concepts, spring frontage, local retail and low-impact internal mobility are all under study.

Trabzon’s Black Sea landscape brings together mountain villages, gardens, local food culture and year-round natural scenery. Çamlıca Resort is planned as a future destination that respects this setting rather than replacing it.
